Car Advertising Restrictions

Following a legal challenge from the Alliance Against Urban 4x4s, the Department for Transport (through the Vehicle Certification Agency) has revised its guidance on how Fuel Consumption and CO2 emissions must be shown in billboard and magazine car advertisements.
